We are looking for African-American males and females 20s-50s to play principal and ensemble roles in the European premiere of The Color Purple - The Musical:
We need powerful singing voices and dynamic personalities. All types and vocal ranges are encouraged to attend.- The show will be in the original English language with German subtitles.
AUDITION DATES:
- November 29, 2009 (Sunday) at 10:00 AM in Vienna, Austria
- November 30, 2009 (Monday) at 10:00 AM in Vienna, Austria
Rehearsals: August 2010 Premiere: October 2010 (Limited Engagement Only)
Please prepare 1 uptempo and 1 ballad of soul, blues and /or gospel-type songs. Please bring your own sheet music. A piano accompanist will be provided.
